4. Manage post-sale processes including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
5. Maintain visual and operational standards on the selling floor: merchandising, stock replenishment and presentation.
6. Support stockroom operations, shipping/receiving procedures, inventory counts and related paperwork.
7. Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and correctly execute register functions and cash handling procedures.
8. Adhere to scheduled shifts, punctuality and participate in training, meetings and development programmes as directed by store management.
