1. Relevant retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
2. Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing store environment.
4. Capacity to multitask effectively while maintaining service standards.
5. Proficiency in English and the local language (French) to engage diverse clientele.
