1. Operate and supervise the e‑commerce packing machine in accordance with work instructions, safety policies and supplier training.
2. Ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation of the packing machine and maintain optimal throughput.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks and coordinate with the maintenance team for escalated repairs.
4. Provide tier‑1 troubleshooting and on‑site first response for mechanical or operational faults.
5. Maintain machine cleanliness, housekeeping and appropriate material supply to the machine at all times.
6. Act as the primary liaison between operations and maintenance teams, documenting interventions and outcomes.
7. Maintain an accurate logbook of machine maintenance, incidents and corrective actions.
8. Support the broader e‑commerce department on adjacent tasks during machine downtime or low workload periods.

1. MBO level 4 (intermediate vocational education) or equivalent vocational qualification.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical production environment and/or as a machine/operator role.
3. Technical aptitude with practical understanding of machine maintenance and mechanical systems.
4. Knowledge of WMi (either through internal use or external experience).
5. Proficiency in English sufficient for operational communication and reporting.
6. Structured, clean and methodical working style with strong attention to detail.
7. Flexible availability, including weekend shifts when required.
