Michael Kors FP&A Manager, Wholesale

1. Oversee monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and month-end close for US wholesale divisions.
2. Analyze sales, margin and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division and identify drivers of performance.
3. Consolidate US and Canadian wholesale reporting to produce a comprehensive North America wholesale view.
4. Manage financial oversight of Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses.
5. Partner with the divisional president and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare financial presentations for the CEO and senior executives.
6. Compile and review wholesale financials and disclosures in preparation for quarterly earnings releases.
7. Perform ad hoc scenario analysis and special projects to inform strategic decisions for wholesale leadership.
8. Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst, including delegation, review and development.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum seven years of progressive finance or FP&A experience in a fast-paced, analytical role.
3. Proven leadership and ability to build strong internal partnerships across functions.
4. Demonstrated flexibility and effectiveness in evolving, high-pressure environments.
5. Track record of identifying process improvements and driving efficiency.
6. Advanced quantitative aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
8. Project management capability from concept through to execution.

At least 7 years of finance or FP&A experience, preferably within retail or consumer goods and ideally within a public company. Experience leading forecasting, budgeting and month-end processes, preparing executive-level presentations and mentoring junior analysts is required. Background in licensing accounting, earnings-preparation and multi-market consolidation is a strong plus.
