1. Act as first point of contact for retail store management across an assigned EMEA region, providing pragmatic ER advice on policy interpretation, performance management, harassment, discrimination and dismissals.
2. Deliver and manage workplace investigations in partnership with Loss Prevention, internal legal counsel and external counsel when required, ensuring legally compliant, commercially-minded outcomes.
3. Maintain accurate case records and use case-management tools to ensure consistent documentation, legal compliance and seamless handover of files.
4. Analyse ER data and trends at store, country and EMEA levels to identify hotspots, inform training investment and propose preventative interventions.
5. Support workforce reduction activity including documentation for restructures and position eliminations, escalating significant risks to senior stakeholders.
6. Partner with HR Business Partners and the Employee Experience team to ensure aligned, end-to-end service delivery for routine lifecycle queries and change programmes.
7. Design and deliver in-store training to develop leader capability in ER topics such as performance and absence management.
8. Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of the Employee Relations function.

1. Minimum 4+ years' professional experience in Human Resources with demonstrable exposure to employee relations.
2. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment/labour law and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA preferred).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset and proven stakeholder management capability.
4. Proven ability to manage confidential information with high attention to detail and sound judgement in complex, discretionary matters.
5. Experience working with internal and external legal counsel on investigations and dismissal processes.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR technology platforms.
7. Analytical ability to produce accurate reporting and translate data into actionable insights.

At least 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and workplace investigations; prior exposure to retail or multi-jurisdictional EMEA operations and involvement in restructures or workforce reductions is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline preferred; certifications in employment law, mediation or coaching advantageous.
