1. Drive sales performance by delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and building long‑term client relationships.
2. Support and communicate company policies and commercial directives at the concession level.
3. Manage stock control activities including receiving, inventory accuracy and replenishment.
4. Assist with product presentation and execute the company’s visual merchandising standards.
5. Contribute to daily store operations to ensure a high standard of shopfloor appearance and functioning.
6. Forecast and communicate store product needs to optimise availability and minimise stock gaps.
7. Help grow and maintain a strong customer database through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.

1. Proven retail experience in fashion, preferably within a concession or premium brand environment.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with demonstrable customer‑service excellence.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail setting and adapt to changing commercial priorities.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours according to retail trading requirements.
5. Capacity to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Analytical problem‑solving skills: able to identify issues, gather facts and reach valid conclusions.
