1. Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury apparel/accessories.
2. Self-motivated, target-driven attitude with a proven ability to proactively develop client relationships.
3. Demonstrated passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Comfortable with retail technology and omnichannel sales tools; quick to adopt new systems.
5. Flexible schedule with availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
