1. Act as a brand ambassador by upholding Michael Kors image, grooming and customer service standards at all times.
2. Deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, prompt resolution of enquiries and personalised clientelling.
3. Operate point-of-sale hardware and cash registers; accurately process payments, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
4. Utilise clientelling apps and CRM tools to maintain client communication, capture data and proactively manage the CRM database.
5. Leverage product knowledge resources to support sales activity and identify opportunities to drive business performance.
6. Support opening and closing till procedures and ensure the checkout area is clean, organised and compliant with operational standards.
7. Collaborate with the store team to meet store objectives and model company behaviours using the behaviour toolkit.
