Michael Kors Assistant Store Manager

1. Drive store performance and commercial results, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
2. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient, structured business processes and compliance with company standards.
3. Lead, coach and inspire the sales team; role-model behaviours, promote continuous development and manage staffing to optimise performance.
4. Develop and sustain strong client relationships via proactive clienteling and customer book management to maximise loyalty and repeat business.
5. Utilise all available omni-channel tools and technologies to enhance customer experience and increase conversion.

1. Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
2. Demonstrable ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and deliver measurable commercial results.
3. Strong problem-solving aptitude, proactive mindset and adaptability in dynamic retail situations.
4. Entrepreneurial and creative thinking with a clear interest in fashion and market trends.
5. Excellent communication skills; English language skills are an advantage.

Several years of hands-on retail experience with responsibility for sales and people management. Experience in branded or luxury retail environments is strongly preferred, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams.

Vocational training in retail, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualifications and practical retail experience.
