Michael Kors Acting Sales Supervisor (Part-time)

1. Lead and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining elevated customer experience standards.
2. Perform key opening and closing duties and oversee day-to-day store operations and cash-handling procedures.
3. Develop and sustain client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and styling guidance.
4. Support upper management with execution of sales strategies, visual merchandising standards and promotional initiatives.
5. Delegate tasks, manage the sales floor during shifts and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
2. Demonstrable supervisory or team‑lead experience in a retail setting.
3. Strong clienteling capability and a proven aptitude for building long‑term customer relationships.
4. Flexible availability to work a part‑time schedule including peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.

At least two years of hands‑on retail experience with exposure to supervisory responsibilities; prior experience in luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
