1. Act as an ambassador of Maison Mercier, conveying the brand's values, heritage, and creativity during tastings.
2. Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections, enhancing their understanding of the brand's offerings.
3. Conduct and animate wine tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
4. Maintain the sommelier station, ensuring cleanliness and organization of service accessories and spaces.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying desires and offering memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues.
6. Assist clients in the boutique, facilitating product sales and fostering long-term relationships.
7. Manage stock inventory, ensuring proper organization and availability of supplies.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and participate in internal and external representation events.
9. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
