MHCS Oenotourism Experience Development Coordinator

- Oversee online planning and reservation tools, including offer creation and pricing.
- Handle customer service inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and update information on various digital and tourism platforms.
- Organize and participate in external representation events, such as trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Technical Sales, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English, with a third language as an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
