MHCS Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Assist legal professionals in managing the brand portfolio for champagne, wines, and spirits, including brand protection and advisory services to internal departments such as Marketing and Development, in collaboration with external partners worldwide.
- Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation matters globally.
- Contribute to project validation processes, including prior rights searches.
- Prepare dossiers for proof of use and notoriety.
- Protect and defend brands on the internet.
- Assist in the synthesis, archiving of files, and updating of the database.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property/Industrial Property (CEIPI) or Law of Vine and Wine (BAC +5 equivalent).
- Fluency in written and spoken English, as 80% of tasks will be conducted in this language.
- Strong understanding of trademark law, design and model law, copyright, parasitism, and unfair competition.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in intellectual property within a law firm or intellectual property consultancy, or equivalent corporate role, is appreciated, especially in an international context.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property or related field.
