MHCS Hydric Status Indicators Internship

- Participate in the selection and installation of a 'kit' of tools for measuring hydric status both in soil and on vines.
- Mark plots with the necessary grid for calibrating initial test models integrating 'field' data and remote sensing data.
- Draft experimental protocols.
- Collect measurements during the 2025 field campaign (hydric potential, soil moisture, infiltrometry, weather data, etc.).
- Monitor the experimental setup in Champagne and manage contingencies (DRE management, measurement schedule).
- Support data collection from other regions and verify their consistency in collaboration with the project coordinator.
- Assist in structuring and processing collected data.
- Conduct literature reviews on hydric status measurement, the impact of viticultural practices, and ecosystem services in viticulture.
- Student in agronomy or viticulture, pursuing a Master's degree from a university or engineering school.
- Fieldwork enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in data processing (Excel, JMP, R is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of geostatistics (QGIS is a plus).
No prior experience required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in agronomy or viticulture.
