MHCS Dining Room Attendant

- Ensure the quality of service to clients during tastings with Maison Ambassadors, sommeliers, and sales advisors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of tasting areas, including setting and clearing tables, and serving beverages.
- Manage the sommelier stations across various venues such as salons, cellars, gardens, Grand Hall, and terraces.
- Organize glassware management and ensure the maintenance of service accessories.
- Ensure the cleanliness of service areas and provide glasses and water for visitors.
- Assist in the coordination of wine supplies in collaboration with sommeliers and the administrative manager of boutiques.
- Support sommeliers, ambassadors, and sales advisors in service and hospitality tasks.
- Facilitate communication between the office and client tables.
- Participate in the tracking of tasting activities by updating activity logs.
- Occasionally take orders and handle payments based on competencies.
- First experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Fluent in French and at least B1 level in English.
- Possession of a valid driving license (Permit B).
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
