- Manage telephone and email reservations for both individual and group bookings.
- Guide and advise French (20%) and international (80%) clients in selecting services, offering personalized recommendations.
- Handle complaints via email and telephone.
- Create reservation files and ensure the smooth execution of each booking.
- Ensure compliance with visitor flow protocols.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.

No prior experience required, but a background in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
