Alexander McQueen Visual Merchandising Manager

- Develop and distribute comprehensive Visual Merchandising guidelines to regional retail stores, ensuring alignment with the brand's creative vision.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies across the region by liaising with headquarters and collecting feedback for the corporate VM team.
- Collaborate with corporate retail operations, merchandising, and buying teams to equip retail teams with necessary information and materials.
- Serve as the primary contact for Visual Merchandising inquiries from regional and retail teams, providing timely responses and escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing expenses, travel arrangements, purchase orders, and diary management for the Worldwide VM Director.
- Coordinate store setups and window installations as needed.
- Maintain and manage display materials and prop inventory, coordinating orders for regional stores, including new store openings.
- Oversee and manage the Visual Merchandising budget for the NSEA region, ensuring meticulous tracking and control of expenditures.
- Compile, present, and archive store photo summaries for the Visual Merchandising team.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in budget management.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
