Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure daily compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines across the Harrods store.
- Conduct regular in-store audits and checks to confirm teams follow established processes and KPIs.
- Manage goods receipt, back‑of‑house organisation and preparation of products for the sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Plan and support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, reconciliations and full inventory preparation.
- Oversee the handling of damaged stock, shop‑to‑shop transfers, returns and outstanding consignments to minimise stock loss.
- Coordinate logistics for OMNI orders, shipping, packaging and stationery both physically and on the IT system.
- Act as primary contact for store operational issues, liaising with Loss Prevention, Security and external contractors; ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Support onboarding and training of store teams on BOH organisation, stock care and operational procedures.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of in‑store events and after‑sales processes to guarantee high client service levels.
- Monitor suppliers and couriers, evaluating cost‑effectiveness and service quality.

- Previous experience in retail operations, stock control or logistics within a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Flexible availability for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and sound analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, establishing credibility with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in retail operations, stock control or store logistics, ideally within luxury or premium retail. Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and reducing stock loss.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or further study in retail, logistics, supply chain or a related discipline is desirable.
