1. Ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
2. Support the implementation of projects to enhance retail functions and maintain brand image.
3. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Assist in the onboarding of new team members, providing comprehensive information on store operations.
5. Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
6. Support the Operations Manager and Store Manager in implementing Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
7. Oversee the setup and execution of in-store events.
8. Manage the day-to-day handling of goods, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
9. Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers according to company guidelines.
10. Act as the primary contact for cleaning companies, contractors, and store emergencies.
11. Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues.
12. Manage the after-sales process, ensuring communication with store teams and clients.
13. Order and distribute staff uniforms timely.
14. Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
15. Train Client Advisors on stock care and back-of-house organization.
16. Plan and execute inventory checks and reconciliations.
17. Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand consignments.
18. Coordinate cycle counts as per company policies.
19. Provide training to minimize stock loss and damages.
20. Manage OMNI orders and ensure service level compliance.
21. Organize packaging and stationery, both physically and within the IT system.
22. Evaluate shipping suppliers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
23. Foster a collaborative team environment, providing feedback and support to colleagues.
