Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of projects to enhance retail functions and maintain brand image.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members, providing comprehensive information on store operations.
- Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
- Support the Operations Manager and Store Manager in implementing Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Oversee the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of goods, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers according to company guidelines.
- Act as the primary contact for cleaning companies, contractors, and store emergencies.
- Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues.
- Manage the after-sales process, ensuring communication with store teams and clients.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms timely.
- Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
- Train Client Advisors on stock care and back-of-house organization.
- Plan and execute inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts as per company policies.
- Provide training to minimize stock loss and damages.
- Manage OMNI orders and ensure service level compliance.
- Organize packaging and stationery, both physically and within the IT system.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing feedback and support to colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations.
- Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external partners.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
