- Lead the Rodeo Drive boutique to achieve and exceed financial targets through strategic planning, KPI communication and disciplined expense management.
- Develop and implement localized commercial actions and improvement plans based on careful analysis of store performance and competitive trends.
- Own the client experience: cultivate premier client relationships, drive private appointment culture, CRM use and after‑sales to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Recruit, coach and retain a high‑performing retail team; conduct regular performance reviews, monthly coaching and oversee onboarding to ensure brand alignment.
- Ensure exemplary visual merchandising and operational standards by partnering with head office directives and maintaining front/back of house organisation.
- Oversee inventory integrity and loss prevention processes including monthly cycle counts, reconciliations and adherence to company audit policies.
- Represent the brand locally to build store presence, attract new clients, coordinate events and capture market share in the luxury marketplace.
- Promote omni‑channel integration by encouraging digital tools and behaviours among the team to enhance client engagement and sales conversion.
- Significant retail sales management experience in luxury or premium retail with demonstrated ability to drive store performance.
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts and key retail performance indicators.
- Strong coaching and people‑management skills with experience conducting performance reviews and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, ownership of store operations and practical knowledge of loss prevention and inventory control.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in retail, preferably within luxury fashion, with a track record of managing boutique or flagship operations and delivering consistent sales growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related discipline preferred; equivalent retail leadership experience will be considered.
