1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
2. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to maintain adherence to policies.
3. Support the onboarding process for new team members regarding store operations policies.
4. Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
5. Assist the Operations Manager and Store Manager with Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
6. Facilitate the setup and execution of in-store events.
7. Oversee the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Manage goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor placement.
9. Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
10. Manage store maintenance, including coordination with cleaning companies and contractors.
11. Address store emergencies promptly and liaise with Loss Prevention and Security as needed.
12. Oversee the after-sales process and ensure client and team communication.
13. Order and distribute staff uniforms timely.
14. Maintain back-of-house standards for optimal client experience.
15. Train Client Advisers on stock care and back-of-house organization.
16. Plan and execute inventory checks and reconciliations.
17. Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand consignments.
18. Coordinate cycle counts and provide training to minimize stock loss.
19. Manage OMNI orders and ensure service level compliance.
20. Organize logistics and supplies, including packaging and stationery.
21. Evaluate shipping suppliers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
22. Foster team collaboration and provide feedback to managers.
