Alexander McQueen Stock Controller / Store Operations Associate

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to maintain adherence to policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members regarding store operations policies.
- Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Store Manager with Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Facilitate the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Oversee the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor placement.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Manage store maintenance, including coordination with cleaning companies and contractors.
- Address store emergencies promptly and liaise with Loss Prevention and Security as needed.
- Oversee the after-sales process and ensure client and team communication.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms timely.
- Maintain back-of-house standards for optimal client experience.
- Train Client Advisers on stock care and back-of-house organization.
- Plan and execute inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts and provide training to minimize stock loss.
- Manage OMNI orders and ensure service level compliance.
- Organize logistics and supplies, including packaging and stationery.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster team collaboration and provide feedback to managers.
- Demonstrated Alexander McQueen behaviors.
- Previous experience in retail operations.
- Flexibility for travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
