1. Support showroom back-office activities, including sample care and digital photo archiving.
2. Coordinate seasonal samples across departments, liaising with headquarters and regional press offices for local and international send outs and returns.
3. Manage sample couriers, shipments, and international labels.
4. Maintain care for all RTW and Accessories samples, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of each collection.
5. Log send outs and transfers on Fashion GPS, sharing packing lists with stylists.
6. Monitor daily newspaper coverage, assisting with scanning and clippings.
7. Ensure accurate saving of coverage and distribution of credits to relevant contacts.
8. Assist with ad-hoc duties as required by the team.

1. Fluency in English and Italian.
2. Degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Fashion.

2. Previous experience in a fast-paced PR department.
3. Proactive with high attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in a fast-paced and agile PR department is required.

Degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Fashion.
