- Lead the Centre of Excellence for compensation, benefits, HR data analytics, and HR cost controlling, providing strategic expertise to HR teams and senior leaders.
- Develop and execute a global reward roadmap aligned with business priorities and market benchmarking.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, collaborating with HR Directors and ensuring accurate administration.
- Build senior/executive compensation packages, including LTI structures, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Manage the LTI process with Kering C&B to ensure proper administration.
- Support HRBPs with role evaluations and levelling using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
- Oversee the global Retail Commission Tool (Varicent), providing expertise on HR processes and systems integration.
- Act as the organisation’s compensation SME for Workday and associated modules.
- Lead the global rollout of HRIS tools and modules, ensuring proper training and adoption support.
- Lead the global HR budgeting and forecasting process with the support of the HR Controlling Analyst.
- Build scenarios for HR planning and budget setting as required.
- Oversee the global mobility programme, ensuring seamless talent movement and accurate cost modelling.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Proven experience in a compensation management position for a minimum of 6 years, ideally in the Luxury Retail industry.
- Degree in HR management, economics, financial management, or related discipline.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools, such as Workday and Varicent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to build models and reports for data analysis.
Minimum of 6 years in a compensation management position, preferably within the Luxury Retail industry.
Degree in HR management, economics, financial management, or related discipline.
