1. Provide day-to-day retail and store operations support to the Retail Director.
2. Assist in maintaining and closing down stores in Southeast Asia.
3. Monitor store commercial performance through sales analysis and productivity reports.
4. Prepare sales plans and targets in collaboration with the Retail Director.
5. Participate in the annual budgeting process.
6. Act as a liaison between the store line team and the inventory control team.
7. Coordinate with various departments for in-store promotion activities and events.
8. Provide administrative support to the store.
9. Enhance customer service and improve the guest shopping experience by organizing retail training and development programs for store staff.
10. Update and maintain CRM data, manage store mailing, and oversee the customer loyalty program based on customer profile analysis.
11. Assist in managing positive customer relations and monitor customer feedback.
12. Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects as necessary.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail operations and/or business support.

1. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
2. Strong team player.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
5. Organizational skills and self-initiative.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations and/or business support is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
