- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with company behaviors.
- Maintain shop floor standards and product levels, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Comply with company grooming standards and operational guidelines.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Demonstrated McQueen behaviors.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
