Alexander McQueen Senior Client Advisor
Alexander McQueen, a distinguished British luxury fashion house, was founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992 and became part of the Kering Group in 2001. - Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of Alexander McQueen's history and heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, proposing effective solutions when needed.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with Alexander McQueen's visual standards.
- Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- Follow company grooming standards and policies.
- Drive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
- Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
