1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs.
2. Support the sales team with consignment activities, including opening, maintenance, and closing of memos.
3. Assist in preparing for and executing in-store client appointments and stylist consignments.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team during floor changes, including product organization and backstock management.
5. Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels in line with company policies.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
7. Support the setup and execution of in-store events.
8. Oversee goods receipt and storage management according to company procedures.
9. Ensure shop-to-shop and returns transfers comply with company guidelines and timelines.

1. Previous experience in retail operations.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
4. Motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated ability to deliver retail excellence.
