Alexander McQueen Power BI Specialist

1. Own and administer the full Power BI lifecycle: data ingestion, modelling, report development, deployment and monitoring.
2. Manage the Power BI Service environment including workspaces, access control, refresh schedules and governance.
3. Design and implement scalable, high-performance data models using star schema principles and performance optimisation techniques.
4. Author and optimise complex DAX measures and calculations to support consistent KPIs across functions.
5. Build intuitive, visually compelling dashboards tailored to Retail, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, E‑commerce and Marketing stakeholders.
6. Act as the primary liaison for Power BI enquiries, providing stakeholder support, ad‑hoc analysis and executive reporting.
7. Maintain documentation for datasets, models and reporting logic and champion data security and reporting best practices.
8. Identify and deliver automation opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data quality in collaboration with Data Engineering and IT.

2. 2–3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft Power BI solutions.
3. Proven ability to design and maintain production data models and consistent KPI definitions.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
5. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise multiple requests and deliver to deadlines.

2–3 years of practical, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI in a production environment, including data modelling, report development and Power BI Service administration.
