Alexander McQueen Power BI Specialist

- Own and administer the full Power BI lifecycle: data ingestion, modelling, report development, deployment and monitoring.
- Manage the Power BI Service environment including workspaces, access control, refresh schedules and governance.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data models using star schema principles and performance optimisation techniques.
- Author and optimise complex DAX measures and calculations to support consistent KPIs across functions.
- Build intuitive, visually compelling dashboards tailored to Retail, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, E‑commerce and Marketing stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison for Power BI enquiries, providing stakeholder support, ad‑hoc analysis and executive reporting.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, models and reporting logic and champion data security and reporting best practices.
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data quality in collaboration with Data Engineering and IT.
- Demonstrable alignment with McQueen behaviours: Empower, Teamwork, Respect and Kindness.
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft Power BI solutions.
- Proven ability to design and maintain production data models and consistent KPI definitions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise multiple requests and deliver to deadlines.

2–3 years of practical, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI in a production environment, including data modelling, report development and Power BI Service administration. Experience working with large datasets and cross‑functional business partners; retail or luxury sector experience is desirable.
