Alexander McQueen General Services Intern

Alexander McQueen, a distinguished luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992, has been a part of the Kering Group since 2001. 1. Assist the supervisor in assessing risk factors and implementing safety and health measures in compliance with current regulations.
2. Collaborate in managing the company's waste disposal processes and preparing related documentation, including waste forms and load/unload registers.
3. Contribute to managing administrative and legal deadlines, such as internal audits and routine and extraordinary maintenance.
4. Support the implementation of mandatory training programs and worker information dissemination.
5. Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
6. Assist in planning workers' health surveillance in collaboration with the Competent Doctor.
7. Contribute to the proper management of the company car fleet through reporting and data entry into dedicated software.
8. Perform reporting activities.

2. Competence in MS Office, particularly Excel.
3. Organizational skills with a problem-solving orientation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required, but a desire to join a dynamic and international environment is essential.

Diploma from a Technical Institute.
