Alexander McQueen Finance Executive
Alexander McQueen, a distinguished British luxury fashion house, was founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992 and became part of the Kering Group in 2001. - Provide strategic controlling support at the business level, including analysis of broad data sources for strategic business decisions.
- Bridge business needs with controlling functions and apply controlling expertise to develop solutions.
- Oversee yearly budget and quarterly forecast of headcount and cost, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and tracking to support management decisions.
- Provide accurate data to line managers to support annual budgeting, operation plans, and quarterly forecasting through standard reporting packages or ad-hoc reports.
- Act as a liaison between the brand and shared services.
- Identify areas where controlling can support key business objectives and initiatives to deliver effective solutions.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend workforce utilization, motivation, and retention solutions.
- Prepare and analyze data at various levels, including country, business unit, and product line.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer related to controlling and finance tools.
- Plan, implement, reassess, measure, and optimize policies, procedures, and processes.
- Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and controlling functions or a business-oriented field in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in controlling and accounting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leaders, with strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills in a commercial environment.
- Ability to prioritize strategic and operational tasks and organize workload to meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and acting.
- Familiarity with SAP.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and controlling functions or a business-oriented field in a multinational company is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
