Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of AMQ's history, heritage, and products to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Utilize all product categories in the store and actively pursue cross-selling opportunities.
- Enhance customer loyalty by using CRM and digital tools to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Engage with customers about general fashion trends and luxury market movements, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Maximize personal sales to exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Promote open and constructive communication with team members and adopt a collaborative approach, proposing effective solutions when necessary.
- Incorporate feedback from colleagues and management to maintain a continuous learning attitude.
- Utilize various training resources provided by the brand to maintain sales floor standards and appropriate product levels in line with brand policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives at the department or store level to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Adhere to AMQ's grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines regarding visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and all key reporting activities requested by headquarters.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company or customer service-related field.
