Alexander McQueen Client Advisor

- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of AMQ history and heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative environment and proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with House policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields.
