1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
2. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.
4. Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
5. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store success.
6. Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, promoting a positive working environment.
7. Maintain shop floor standards and product levels according to company policies.
8. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
9. Adhere to company grooming standards and operational guidelines.
10. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, stock procedures, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

2. Proficient selling skills with the ability to overcome objections.
3. Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
6. Proficiency with digital retail tools and CRM.
7. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages up to 10 lbs.

Experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
