1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
2. Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success.
6. Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
7. Maintain shop floor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
8. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
9. Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficient selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
3. Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
6. Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
7. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages up to 10 lbs.

Experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
