1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen products and heritage.
2. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
4. Contribute to product visual displays in accordance with Alexander McQueen visual standards.
5. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
6. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
7. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
8. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach with CRM and digital tools support.
10. Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives.
11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
12. Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
