Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviors.
- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities using all product categories available in the store.
- Recruit, maintain, and develop client relationships through a custom-made approach with CRM and digital tools.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Foster open communication with team members and promote a positive working environment.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by seeking and embracing feedback.
- Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels.
- Follow company grooming standards and policies.
- Act in compliance with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge with an interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM.
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is an asset.
