1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen's products, history, and heritage.
2. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
4. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in alignment with Alexander McQueen's visual standards.
5. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
6. Adhere to company grooming standards as per Alexander McQueen's policies.
7. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
8. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
10. Enhance client loyalty by participating in department or store clienteling initiatives.
11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
12. Operate with the utmost care and respect for the products.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.
