- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen's products, history, and heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in alignment with Alexander McQueen's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company grooming standards as per Alexander McQueen's policies.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Enhance client loyalty by participating in department or store clienteling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for the products.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
