1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
2. Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Drive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
6. Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive work environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
7. Maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels, utilizing company training resources.
8. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
9. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
10. Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
