Alexander McQueen Client Advisor

- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences on the sales floor, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and an understanding of McQueen heritage.
- Proactively identify and convert cross‑selling opportunities across all product categories to achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs.
- Recruit, maintain and develop long‑term client relationships using bespoke clienteling techniques and CRM/digital tools to strengthen loyalty.
- Participate in store and department clienteling initiatives and outreach programmes to grow the client base.
- Maintain impeccable shopfloor standards and visual merchandising in line with House guidelines, and ensure correct product presentation and replenishment.
- Execute operational duties including stock procedures, cash handling, inventory control, logistics and required reporting to head office.
- Adhere to McQueen grooming and brand presentation standards and promote the House Code of Behaviours in daily interactions.
- Foster collaborative team communication, share feedback constructively and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Proven retail or customer‑service experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling and objection‑handling ability.
- Client‑centric approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for fashion and luxury trends.
- Team‑oriented mentality and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital retail tools; basic familiarity with social media and digital client engagement.

Proven experience in a similar customer‑facing role within fashion retail or luxury environments, with demonstrable success in driving personal sales and contributing to store performance.
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
