Alexander McQueen Client Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients with authoritative product knowledge and awareness of McQueen heritage.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through bespoke clienteling, CRM and digital tools to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Identify and act on cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across all product categories to meet and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs.
- Participate in store and department clienteling initiatives and communicate market and trend insights to clients when appropriate.
- Maintain exemplary shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and product presentation in accordance with House policies.
- Execute operational procedures including cash activity, inventory control, logistics and required reporting to head office.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, model McQueen behaviours (Empower, Teamwork, Respect, Kindness) and actively seek and act on feedback to support continuous development.
- Adhere to Company grooming, operational guidelines and compliance standards at all times.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer‑service environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion, luxury market trends and brand storytelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong selling abilities and objection‑handling.
- Client‑centric attitude, entrepreneurial drive and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Proven experience in a comparable fashion retail or customer service role with a demonstrable ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs; experience with clienteling and CRM in a luxury environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or luxury sales training and formal customer service certifications are advantageous.
