- Deliver an exceptional client experience by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to bolster client loyalty.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Promote open communication and collaboration with team members, fostering a positive work environment in alignment with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Pursue continuous learning by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels in accordance with House policies and procedures.
- Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to Company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with Company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational protocols, stock management, and reporting activities.

- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Track record of driving and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient selling skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of luxury products and interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Physical mobility for extended periods.
Previous experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service is required.
