1. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through analysis of department and client performance.

1. Significant experience in team sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Proven ability to drive store performance and achieve financial targets.

5. Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Confidence in public speaking and engaging with external stakeholders.
8. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

2. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Significant experience in retail or luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
