1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of Alexander McQueen history and heritage.
2. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships through a custom-made approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
5. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance.
6. Foster open and constructive communication with team members.
7. Maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels.
8. Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
9. Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.

2. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Team-player mentality.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related field.
