1. Assist the management team in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability.
2. Act as a role model for store personnel, representing and supporting the brand's values.
3. Improve and develop supervisory skills, taking ownership of visual, merchandising, and operational responsibilities.
4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Organize and lead store meetings to communicate targets and priorities.
6. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and maintain product presentation standards.
7. Minimize stock loss by implementing control policies and procedures.
8. Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

1. 2+ years experience in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role.
2. Leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities.
4. 4-year degree or equivalent combination of work and experience preferred.
5. Experience in a luxury or high-end, client-based environment preferred.
