1. Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional and personalized service approach.
2. Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice and tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
3. Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling while meeting individual and store targets.
4. Build and maintain a client book, proactively manage follow-ups, invitations and personalised shopping experiences.
5. Ensure impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
6. Operate POS and process transactions accurately; support inventory management and stock replenishment.
7. Support back-office tasks and participate in merchandising and store activations as required.

1. Previous retail experience with fashion, jewelry or lifestyle brands; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
3. Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver personalised service.
5. Cultural awareness and ability to interact effectively with an international clientele.
6. Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of eligibility.

Previous experience in retail, preferably within fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands; demonstrated success in clienteling and meeting sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.
