1. Greet and assist clients with a personalized approach.
2. Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
3. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
4. Maintain high client satisfaction for repeat business.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Develop a client book and engage through follow-ups.
7. Anticipate client needs and offer recommendations.
8. Uphold the brand's values and standards.
9. Stay updated on brand history and industry trends.
10. Ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
11. Process transactions and handle POS operations.
12. Manage inventory and stock replenishment.
13. Support back-office functions and visual merchandising.

1. Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
2. Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills.
3. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
