1. Create and update the item database, ensuring correct classification and coding.
2. Manage product-related information, including technical data and descriptions.
3. Process and enter purchase orders into the system.
4. Monitor order status and communicate with suppliers.
5. Manage changes or cancellations of orders.
6. Verify consistency between invoices and purchase orders.
7. Reconcile invoices with delivery documents.
8. Manage discrepancies and report errors.
9. Collect and analyze purchasing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues.
10. Prepare periodic reports.
11. Support inventory management.
12. Assist in supplier contract negotiations.
13. Participate in special projects related to procurement process optimization.

1. Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

1. Excellent knowledge of main IT tools, especially Excel.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Previous experience in procurement or administration is a plus.
