3. Possess comprehensive understanding of the restaurant menu to assist and advise clients, staying updated on new products and luxury dining trends.
4. Collaborate with the Director and Head Chef to manage customer flow, ensuring seamless service and optimal table assignments.
5. Identify specific customer needs, offering personalized service and promptly addressing special requests or preferences.
6. Ensure customer comfort during wait times with attentive service and engaging conversations about the cultural and gastronomic experience.
7. Actively participate in the management of special events, working closely with the team and management.
8. Represent the brand with elegance, maintaining impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
