4. Conduct benchmarking activities and competitor analysis.
5. Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
6. Assist in developing training materials and operational guidelines.
7. Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-up on key activities.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including HQ, Operations, Retail, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
9. Develop reports related to store performance.
10. Support the development of events and manage the B2B database.

1. Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Business, or Economics.

2. Excellent command of the English language.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Solid organizational and task management skills.
5. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

7. Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
