1. Support the management and coordination of events, ensuring exceptional service and flawless customer experience.
2. Assist in administrative management, including invoice handling and purchase orders, collaborating with suppliers and inventory management.
3. Aid in inventory planning and supervision, contributing to process efficiency and staff training.
4. Facilitate customer interactions, managing reservations and communications to provide personalized and timely service.
5. Collaborate in preliminary event planning, budget creation, and operational detail definition.
6. Coordinate internally to organize necessary equipment for events and optimize operational procedures.

1. Experience in event or hospitality sectors, preferably within luxury or fine dining contexts.
2. Familiarity with management software such as Inventory and reservation systems is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of anticipating client needs.
3. Effective problem-solving skills for rapid and efficient resolution of operational issues.
